When traveling in the U.S. this holiday season, be aware that certain cities are more unsafe than others. 1) Detroit

4) Oakland

5) Las Vegas
Las Vegas has dealt with budget cuts to its police force in recent years, thus making it easier for people to get away with theft. Some studies have rated Nevada as the highest state for car theft.
6)Reno
The city of Reno has experienced a dramatic increase in its unemployment rate to more than 10%. This has prompted the city to become a bigger site for theft. This is especially the case with regards to stealing items from tourists in the city, so watch out!
