RICHMOND — Two Richmond men arrested after an officer pulled over their truck and found stolen scrap metal in the bed were indicted Wednesday by a Madison grand jury. Its amazing but even these days there are even theives for scrap metal. Apparently the scrap metal business can be very lucrative, so theives steal the metal and resell it to scrapyards who them melt the metal down and wholesale it to other countries such as China.
These men will surely be in need of an Online Theft Class in addition to their potental jail time.
